Discover the exotic flavours of the Middle East with a feast of small plates to share. Drawing inspiration from Middle Eastern ingredients such as vegetables, fruit, herbs, spices, grains, legumes and dairy, Helen will help you create a variety of vegetarian share plates full of flavour, colour and taste. Enjoy making dips, salads, falafels and flat bread that are non-traditional but with a Middle Eastern spin.
