The Menu: Spiced pumpkin & chickpea salad with candied pepitas and tahini cream, Mushroom, asparagus & quail egg with Green Goddess & Rugbrod crumb, Moroccan orange salad, Green Tea Soba Noodle with Mango and Basil and Maple Cinnamon Mousse.
